Be Now Fitness & Training offers a wide variety of group classes to allow you to choose the type of workout that suits your overall fitness goal, your daily exercise objective and your mood. Spend an hour in one mode or mix things up with one of our many hybrid classes designed to give you a full body workout with the best balance of strength and cardio training.

A great aspect that makes our group classes so successful is the energy and team aspect that gets produced when people exercise together. We have kicking music and adrenaline rush, of course, but we find that the positive vibe goes deeper and harder when working out.
