Gym Class 101
The name says it all. Join us for a class focusing on the basics of your ‘old school’ PE class. Remember practicing skills? Laps? Relays? Sprints? Push Ups? They are all here in one class - better than ever! In addition, it offers body weight exercises, cardio, functional movement, stretches; all exercise are completed on out Tuff Stuff jungle gym. FYI this group class is also a great way to get your training started for all the upcoming spring warrior races and dashes.
