Rande has been a personal trainer since 2009. She has experience working with clients of various ages and fitness levels, including teens and seniors. Allison graduated from Indiana State University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She teaches Kettlebell and Total Body Fitness Classes motivating others to reach their fitness goals.
