Rande has been a personal trainer since 2009.  She has experience working with clients of various ages and fitness levels, including teens and seniors. Rande believes a foundation of core strength and stability in important for optimal strength and power training gains. She enjoys trying new workouts, reading and spending time with family.

Marissa is a full time student at IUPUI studying health services management while also preforming as a dancer for the Indiana Pacers. She has taught a variety of dance classes in addition to aerobic classes.

Allison Vaeth


Allison graduated from Indiana State University in 2014 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. She teaches Kettlebell and Total Body Fitness Classes motivating others to reach their fitness goals.
